Production hall with a warehouse
A production building with a representative main block: glass walls, ochre panels and a white frame with slanted edges. The gold lettering on the facade is Tajik for ‘production workshop’, and a workshop annex in the same palette stands behind the main block.

A face for a production building
The building has two parts: a main block facing the road and a workshop annex with a vehicle gate. The main block had to look open and representative rather than like a warehouse, while sharing one language with the production wing.
An approach road, parking by the entrance and planting around the site were needed too.
Glass, ochre and a white frame
The ground floor of the main block is tall glazing between pale stone piers. Above it are floors of ochre panels and glass and a fully glazed top floor. The whole upper volume is wrapped in a white frame with slanted edges, crowned by gold lettering in Tajik.
The side facade is a continuous curtain wall divided by vertical ochre fins, with white external stairs running along it. The workshop annex repeats the palette — ochre and grey panels, ribbon windows, a dark gate — and its ends are framed by the same slanted white portals.
In front of the main facade is a car park edged with clipped hedges, conical thujas and flowering shrubs. Lawns and pines surround the site, street lamps line the road, and a railway line runs alongside.
