Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Moonlight architecture and interior design studio (the Studio) processes and protects the personal data of visitors to its website, Telegram bot and Mini App (together, the Services).

It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 and the personal data legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By leaving your details in a form or sharing your phone number with the bot, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data on its terms. Questions about your data can be sent to hello.moonlight.studio09@gmail.com.

What you enter yourself: your name, phone number, email address, city, the area and type of the property, the stage of the works, the preferred start and your message.

If you write via Telegram: your Telegram name and username, and your phone number if you share it with the “Share my number” button.

Technical data your browser sends automatically when it opens the website: IP address, device and browser type, the time of the request. It goes into the server logs and is used to run and protect the server, and to count visits to the website in anonymised form. The website also works out your country from the IP address to show prices in roubles or dollars; the address is not stored.

To answer your request, get in touch, arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal for your project.

To conclude and carry out a contract if you become a client of the Studio.

To understand how many people visit the website and which pages they view, from anonymised statistics.

Requests reach the Studio via Telegram and email. To get there, the data passes through Telegram and email providers, whose servers may be outside Russia and Tajikistan.

We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for advertising. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.

Request data is kept for as long as it is needed to reply and work on the project, and no longer than three years after your last contact unless a contract or the law requires longer. After that it is deleted.

You may ask what data the Studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to its processing.

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps only your chosen colour theme, whether you have seen the intro and, until you close the tab, your country code for prices.

You can clear them in your browser settings; the website will keep working.

The Studio takes organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration and loss: only Studio staff can see requests, and data travels over encrypted connections.

The Studio may update this policy. A new version applies from its publication on this page; its date is shown at the top.
