Contemporary flat with a twist
A flat for a family with children: pale textured walls, herringbone floors, a graphite sofa and a warm wood kitchen. Mustard bar stools, a marble TV wall and a bedroom with red concealed lighting give each room its own character.

A 75 m² flat for a family with children
Join the kitchen, dining and living areas into one space with an island, a large sofa and a TV wall, and use the loggia for storage.
Plan a kids' room for two with two beds and two desks, a bedroom with glass-fronted wardrobes, a dressing table and an armchair by the window, a roomy hall and a bathroom with space for the washing machine.
Textured walls, wood and marble
The walls are pale with a soft texture, the rooms and corridor have herringbone floors, and black track lights run across the ceilings. The kitchen-living room has a graphite modular sofa, a pale coffee table and a marble TV wall between dark shelving units. The kitchen has wood wall units, glazed cabinets above them and a marble splashback; mustard bar stools stand at the island, with clusters of pendant lights above.
The hall is pale with wood: a timber-slat wall, open shelves, a bench, a stone console and an olive tree, with flush doors in the wall colour. The kids' room for two has twin beds against an upholstered wall panel, two desks by the window, palm-leaf wallpaper and a wardrobe with round inserts.
The bathroom is lined with large stone- and concrete-effect tiles, with a bath behind a glass screen, the washing machine under a wooden cabinet and black taps. The bedroom is the darkest room: a sculpted wall behind the bed with red lighting, a black ring chandelier, glass wardrobes in black frames, a dressing table and an armchair with an ottoman by the window.
