Join the hall, kitchen, dining area and living room into one light space with a classical spirit that still works for everyday life.

The flat also needed a study with a desk by the window and a small gym on the loggia, a bedroom with generous wardrobes, and a bathroom with room for a washer and dryer.

Mouldings, marble and brass

The kitchen-living room has white moulded walls and a pale wood-effect floor, with marble-effect tiles in the kitchen zone. Beige panelled fronts are paired with a marble splashback and lit glazed wall units. By the window sit a beige corner sofa, round tables on brass bases and a floor lamp; between kitchen and lounge, a round dining table stands under a chandelier of glass globes. The TV wall is clad in marble and framed with slats.

The hall continues the theme with moulded walls, panelled doors, a black front door and a marble-effect floor. In the study, the desk stands by the window under a pendant shaped like a free-flowing line of light, with a painting in a gilt frame on the wall; the loggia holds a treadmill and a pull-up bar.

The bathroom is tiled in beige and white marble effect: a round backlit mirror, a vessel basin on a fluted vanity, a stacked washer and dryer, a bath and a separate shower. The bedroom has a bed with a carved tufted headboard, classic bedside tables with lamps, a crystal chandelier and full-height wardrobes with brass handles.
