Cottage with palm-leaf wallpaper
A light cottage in a neoclassical spirit: panelled doors, herringbone parquet, crystal chandeliers and brass details. Wallpaper with large tropical leaves in the living room and both bedrooms gives the house its character, while dark wood on walls and door surrounds adds depth to the pale palette.

A house for family and guests
Bring the kitchen, dining area and living room into one space with large windows onto the garden, while giving each zone its own place: a sofa by the window, an oval table under a chandelier, an L-shaped kitchen.
Besides the main bedroom, the house needed a kids' room with two beds and desks, a guest bedroom and guest bathroom, a family bathroom with a bath and a separate pantry. The hall needed generous wardrobes and a spot to get ready before going out.
Tropical leaves, brass and dark wood
In the living room, pale wallpaper with tropical leaves covers the wall behind the sofa, and a chandelier of glowing rings hangs over a glass-and-brass coffee table. The dining area is marked by a many-armed brass chandelier and an oval table with upholstered chairs on slim legs. The L-shaped kitchen has matt grey-beige fronts, a marble splashback and built-in appliances, framed by a dark wood surround.
In the main bedroom, a mural of large leaves sits behind the bed, with a crystal chandelier above and ring pendants at the bedside; the TV hangs on a white panel against timber slats. The guest bedroom is in pinkish beige: palm-leaf wallpaper, a corner sofa with green cushions and a white wardrobe with timber handles. The kids' room has two beds, a moon mural, navy panels and a shared desk by the window.
The bathrooms are lined with large beige stone-look tiles, with backlit mirrors, floating vanities and copper-coloured taps. The pantry has lit open shelves for jars and baskets. The hall and corridor have white wardrobes with long handles, lit shelving, a dressing table with a pouf and dark slatted panelling along the lower walls.
