A light 64 m² flat for a family

Join the kitchen, dining area and living room into one light space, with a seating area by the window and a place for the TV.

Fit in a kids' room with a bed and a desk, a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and a roomy walk-in wardrobe off the hall with space for coats and a washer and dryer.

Solution

Beige, pale marble and gold

The interior rests on beige walls, pale marble with golden veining in the kitchen and hall, and herringbone parquet in the living area. The kitchen has powder-toned fronts, a lit marble splashback and glazed cabinets under the ceiling; beside it stand a round table on a gold base and velvet chairs. The living area has a soft corner sofa, fluted coffee tables, wood panels by the window and open shelving next to the TV.

The hall has fluted panels, a lit console with a pouf and doors in the wall colour. Behind glass doors in gold frames is a walk-in wardrobe with wooden shelves, hanging rails and a stacked washer and dryer.

The kids' room is in soft beige: jungle wallpaper with animals, a scalloped upholstered headboard, a hanging chair and a chandelier of white globes. The bedroom has a headboard framed by wood panels, a crystal ring chandelier and a walk-in wardrobe with a backlit free-form mirror. The bathroom is lined with onyx-effect tiles, with gold-tone taps and a bath behind a glass screen.
